If you're still interested in attending, please email me and let me know and I'll make a waiting list in case a spot opens up.
Glad this appears to be such a polular trip this year!
Syncro Safari, Pacific Coast '11 is now tentatively full. Those that responded by email are in the process of sending in their registration forms and money. If everyone follows through, all the spots will be filled.

Registration is now OPEN for Syncro Safari, Pacific Coast '11.
If you're interested in attending, now's the time to register. I can't predict if all the spots will be taken or how quickly. For Moab '08 all the spots were spoken for in 2 days. For Sierras 2010, it didn't fill up, but not until a couple weeks before the event. Registration is currently open only for Syncronauts who will commit to attend the entire event. If the spots don't get taken after a while, part-time attendance might be arranged and/or 2WD Vanagon attendance. An opening registration date has been selected for Syncro Safari, Pacific Coast '11.
Registration will open for Syncro Safari, Pacific Coast '11 in just a few days on Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Attempts to register before this time cannot be honored. Mark your calendars and get ready! Check out more trip details on this web site under "Future Safaris" then "Pacific Coast '11". I'm getting pretty excited looking at all the potential activities, beaches, etc for this trip. Can't wait! This year I'll be happy to coordiate Syncro Safari, Pacific Coast '11.
We've had some mild and some wild trails on Syncro Safaris over the past several years. This year's event is for those looking for an adventure on the milder end of the spectrum. You see, my Syncro's just got larger wheels, but with the stock engine and gearing, it's not ready to tackle any big 4x4 stuff yet. So, a Syncro Safari with some mild trails, and great scenery is in order. The trip is a route up the central California Coast with three distinct campsites and a lot of fun activities and beautiful scenery. The talk of closing the Pismo beach area to vehicles is escalating, so if you've ever wanted to camp right on the beach, this is a great time to do it.
